About Us

The Community Center for Preventive Medicine “CCPmedicine” is a non-profit community-based social and health services-providing organization established on September, 2013. Our focus is on Primary Prevention of Non-communicable Disease (NCDs) and Advocate for continuum of care for people with chronic and life threatening health illnesses throughout life span.  We believe that, through health education, early detection of diseases, and facilitation of timely disease interventions it is possible manage and control NCDs, we pioneer.

  • We offer an integrated Preventive and Curative Health Services to facilitate Early Detection of Non Communicable Diseases (NCDs) such as: Diabetes, Asthma, Hypertension and Cancers of Cervix, Prostate, Breast, and Gastrointestinal Tract (Esophagus and Stomach).
    Our Specialized Clinics include: Cardiology, Palliative Medicine, Ophthalmology, Oral and Dental, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pain, Orthopedics, Home Based Care, Weight Control, Dietician and ENT.
    Our Specialized Diagnostic Services include: ECHO, ECG, ULTRASOUND, Breast Mammography (USS), Full Blood Picture, Kidney Function Tests, Liver Function Tests, Serum Cholesterol level, Thyroid Panel Test, Glucose Tolerance Test, Prostate Cancer Test (PSA), Cancer Markers (CEA), Biopsy, FNAC and Hepatitis B.

    We offer rehabilitative care and support health services for seniors |older people. Through impeccable assessment of pain, we offer comprehensive care packages to address health issues related to physical, psychological, spiritual and social wellbeing of our clients and their families.
