B-Stands for Bread, it emphasize that all elders regardless of their age, faith, sex, education, employment must be assured to get a loaf of bread at least 3 times a week.

Why bread: profound source of energy, easy to access, high safety margin, match with other nutritional foods for instance, honey, peanut butter and jelly. Also bread can easily quantified and measured thus makes it easy to generalize the impact and determine scalability. Also in future, seniors themselves if capacitated can manage the production of bread for their own health and also as income generating for self-support.

E-Stands for Exercise it emphasizes that all elders regardless of them being weak in their physique, there must get guided and prescribed physical exercise.

Why exercise: boost body immunity, control pain, stamina, self-esteem, ability to self-care, and improved appetite, overall improve quality of life.

E-Stands for Empowerment it emphasizes that all elders must be assured security and protection on their: health, economic, legal, social and spiritual issues that affect their wellbeing.

Why empowerment: most of elders due to age and biological changes associated with they tend to lose memory. They also become more sensitive in secure psychologically something that affect their spiritual and psychological wellbeing. They become vulnerable to making wrong choices or being scammed.

S-Stands for Soup, it emphasize that all elders must get a bowl of soup first to emphasize the importance of fluid replacement for the all seniors. Also we emphasize on vegetable soup at least three times a week. It is indeed beyond soup and rather the social interactions and bonds which is built in the event of taking soup.

Why Soup: high nutrient, improve visual ability, improve sleep, and improve gastric motility, replenish water, provide social interaction.
